Members of the NFL Alumni Association have worked to fulfill the organization’s mission of Caring for Kids. As a tax exempt 501 C3, the NFL Alumni carries out its mission by actively raising funds for charitable causes and community based organizations which focus on the development of our youth, their families and the community.
Chartered in 1967, the NFL Alumni Association was formed to address such player-welfare issues as pension benefits. As the NFL became more active in this area, the NFL Alumni restructured in 1977 into a non-profit charitable and education association.
Whether they are at work, playing in a charity golf classic or visiting hospitals, NFL Alumni demonstrates a sense of community and Caring for Kids.
